This sweepstakes is subject to LUPER's general terms and conditions. Potential participants are informed that simply participating implies full acceptance of these terms.

ÓPTICAS LUPER, S.L reserves the right to remove participants if irregularities are detected in entries. Likewise, ÓPTICAS LUPER, S.L reserves the right to justifiably remove any user who defrauds, alters, or disables the proper functioning and the normal and regular course of the promotion.

VALIDITY PERIOD

The promotion is valid during the dates displayed in the sweepstakes post on social media.

SWEEPSTAKES MECHANICS

During the validity period, anyone who wishes to can participate in the sweepstakes by commenting on the sweepstakes post. The sweepstakes will be conducted randomly using an application (App Sorteos).

A direct message will be sent to the winner via social media with instructions on how to claim their prize.

It is important that the winner meets all the requirements stated in the sweepstakes post on social media. The direct message will include the steps the winner must follow to claim their prize.

The winner can claim their prize until December 31, 2025. If the winner has not claimed their prize after this date, it will be declared forfeited.

PRIZE

• Tasting menu for two people at Restaurante Demo (Pl. Hernández Amores, 4, 30001 Murcia). The menu includes two individual appetizers + shared appetizer, main course, and dessert + a bottle of wine.

The prize cannot be exchanged, modified, or redeemed for money or other products or services.

WINNERS:

Participants who win prizes authorize the organizers to use and/or disseminate their names.

Employees of ÓPTICAS LUPER, S.L and RESTAURANTE DEMO are not eligible to receive the prize.

RESPONSIBILITY

The data provided by Participants must be truthful and current. The data provided by participants will be verified.

Lack of data, errors, or lack of veracity of the same implies automatic exclusion, without recourse, from the sweepstakes.

The Organizers will not be responsible for damages or losses that the winner or third parties may suffer due to and/or on the occasion of participation in the sweepstakes and/or the use of the prizes, declining all types of contractual and/or extra-contractual responsibility towards the winners and/or companions and/or their successors, which is unconditionally accepted by each Participant.

The Organizers may modify any of the points set forth in the Terms. The mere act of participating implies knowledge and full acceptance of the Terms and their clarifications or modifications. The Organizers' decisions on each and every aspect of the Sweepstakes, including decisions on any matter not provided for in the Terms, will be final and unappealable.

The Organizers reserve the right to terminate or modify the contest at any time if fraud, technical difficulties, or any other factor beyond the Organizers' control could compromise the integrity of the contest.

Any situation, conflict, or controversy arising from the interpretation of the Terms will be resolved solely by the Organizers, and their decisions will be unappealable.
