The process
From your eye test to your new glasses
This is how we work on your LUPER glasses, from measuring your prescription to the moment you walk out wearing them.
We measure your prescription
It all starts with the personalised eye test: free (worth €49) and about 30 minutes long. We are not just after a fair price for something as essential as prescription glasses: we also want you to look after your eye health and prevent problems.
You choose your frame
We help you choose from over 12,000 models, taking into account the shape of your face, the size of your nose and, of course, your personality. If you already have a frame you love, we can also fit it with new prescription lenses.
We choose the lens for your prescription
Single vision, varifocal or special lenses, depending on what you need. If you have a strong prescription, we use a higher lens index so that the lens is thinner. And they all come with anti-reflective coating included.
We make your glasses, with no middlemen
We are a 100% Murcian brand: we design and make our own glasses, with no middlemen. The lenses in our own range are from DIVEL ITALIA, an Italian laboratory, and we also work with Varilux. That is what allows us to keep a fair price in every case.
We adjust them and look after them for you
We adjust your glasses to your face so they fit perfectly. With your glasses you get a LUPER glasses cleaning spray (while stocks last) that you can refill for free at our opticians, and cleaning and maintenance of your LUPER glasses are free.

Prescription lenses for every distance
We work with all kinds of prescription lenses: single vision for seeing up close or far away, and varifocals (progressive lenses, also called all-distance lenses) for seeing far away, at middle distance and up close with a single pair of glasses.
- Anti-reflective coating included on all of them, whether for near, distance or varifocal.
- Varifocals also have a superhydrophobic treatment, which repels water, and another against dust and possible scratches.
- For strong prescriptions, thinner lenses with a higher lens index.

The higher the lens index, the thinner the lens. That is why the stronger your prescription, the higher the lens index you need. In your eye test we will tell you which one suits you.

Why do LUPER glasses have a fair price?
Because at LUPER we design and make our own glasses, with no middlemen. That allows us to have a fair price in every case: prescription glasses from €49 with frame and single vision lenses, and varifocals from €149.
Do LUPER lenses have anti-reflective coating?
Yes. All our prescription lenses come with anti-reflective coating included, whether for near, distance or varifocal.
What is a lens index?
It is what allows a prescription lens to be thinner. The higher the lens index, the thinner the lens; that is why the stronger your prescription, the higher the index you need. We work with indices 1.5, 1.6, 1.67 and 1.74. For single vision lenses with anti-reflective coating, up to cylinder −4, 1.5 is included and the rest have a supplement: 1.6, +€20; 1.67, +€50; 1.74, +€100.
Do you make varifocal glasses?
Yes, we work with all kinds of prescription lenses, including varifocals. As well as the anti-reflective coating, varifocals have a superhydrophobic treatment that repels water and another against dust and possible scratches. Free Form varifocal glasses with frame cost from €149.
What special lenses do you have?
Mineral (glass) lenses for special prescriptions, bifocals for near and distance, blue filter for screens, photochromic lenses that darken in the sun, relax lenses and safety lenses for work.
Can you put new lenses in my frame?
Yes. At LUPER we can fit our prescription lenses to the frame you already have.
Does the 2nd pair 50% off also apply to sunglasses?
Yes. In the LUPER collection, when you buy two pairs of prescription glasses or two pairs of sunglasses, the lower-priced pair is 50% off, also on prescription sunglasses. If they are prescription glasses, both pairs must have the same prescription. More details at 2nd pair 50% off.

Trato humano muy bueno. La calidad de las gafas nefasta, propaganda engañosa en mi caso. Valoraré poner hoja de reclamaciones en consumo ya que la solución que me han dado a mi problema, cristales que se empañan nada más usarlos y montura defectuosa, es comprarme otras y pagar el 50% después de haber pagado por unas gafas, repito, defectuosas, más de 1000 euros.
No volveré, ni hablaré bien de ustedes.

Me compré dos gafas en mayo, me dijeron que tardaban 3 días y tardaron 3 semanas en dármelas. Cuando me las probé me mareé en la óptica. Me fui a casa y me las puse y tuve un mareo que me duro varias horas, no podía hacer nada ni cuidar de mi hijo. Fui a la óptica y me dijeron que no entendían que pasaba que era super raro. Me hicieron un cambio y me dieron otras gafas. Otra vez esperando una semana. Más de un mes sin gafas. Pues con las gafas nuevas también me mareaba pero menos. Fui y me decían que no entendían que pasaba que era muy raro. Al final me he ido a otra óptica y es que estaban mal graduadas y el centro óptico mal puesto. Me he gastado 180€ en perder el tiempo y dar vueltas y no tener gafas que me valgan.

Quiero destacar especialmente la experiencia que he tenido en Audiologia Lúper, en Murcia. Desde el primer momento, el trato ha sido absolutamente excepcional: cercano, amable, paciente y, sobre todo, muy profesional.
Te hacen sentir cómodo y bien atendido desde que entras por la puerta, algo que para mí tiene muchísimo valor. Se nota que no se limitan simplemente a hacer su trabajo, sino que realmente se preocupan por la persona que tienen delante y por ofrecerle la mejor atención posible.
